His practice focuses on company law, FEMA advisory and RBI reporting, with experience in cross-border transactions and foreign investment structuring. He advises domestic and international clients on establishing and structuring operations in India.

He has worked on matters including due diligence, investment structuring, and post-transaction compliance, and also advises on corporate governance, insolvency and bankruptcy and labour law.
