Anchal has nearly eight years of experience advising on aviation and commercial matters, with a focus on aircraft leasing and financing, regulatory advisory and aviation-related disputes. 

She has played a key role in some of India’s most high-profile aviation insolvencies, including Jet Airways and GoFirst, contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder and time-critical proceedings.

Her practice spans both domestic and cross-border mandates, and includes advising on airline repossessions and insolvencies, as well as matters relating to GIFT City, particularly the evolving regulatory and structuring framework for aircraft leasing and financing.

Her practice also extends to intellectual property and media and entertainment matters.
