Harsimran is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad.

She has gained practical experience through internships with leading law firms, where she has assisted on matters relating to corporate due diligence, commercial agreements, regulatory research and compliance under laws including the Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI regulations.

Her areas of interest include corporate transactions, commercial contracting and corporate governance.
